Hi, I’m Alec. Everything I mentioned above was me 15 years ago.

I used to feel drained, anxious, and lacking confidence—wondering if life was always going to be like this. No matter how hard I trained, I never felt good enough. I knew this wasn’t OK and eventually, I reached my limit.

Over the next 15 years I tried everything—exercise, nutrition, yoga, and meditation, I blended everything I learned into a healthier, more compassionate way of living. Along the way I discovered some simple truths of making lasting health change that most people overlooked.
