(Covering all services, online & in-person, for your clearest, most committed self)
Welcome to Human. These terms are here to honour the commitment we’re both making—one based on integrity, clarity, and trust. Whether you’re here for a class, retreat, coaching programme, or membership, this is our agreement to show up responsibly, together.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout or sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, forming a legally binding contract between you and Human.
1.0 — Scope of These Terms
These Terms cover all Human offerings, including:

Online and in-person yoga, fitness, and coaching

Workshops, immersions, and retreats

The Human Blueprint membership

Public content (YouTube, social media, newsletters)

1:1 and group communications or advice
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2.0 — Participation & Personal Responsibility
2.1 – Your body, your responsibility
You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing. You agree to engage within your limits, modify as needed, and stop if anything doesn’t feel right.
2.2 – Medical clearance required
Please consult a health professional before starting if you’re pregnant, managing a condition, or unsure if this is right for you.
2.3 – Disclosure requirement
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in our services.
2.4 – No medical or therapeutic advice
We offer coaching, yoga, and holistic lifestyle guidance. This is not a replacement for clinical, medical, or therapeutic care.
2.5 – Assumption of risk
You acknowledge and accept that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
3.0 — Insurance & Legal Scope
3.1 – Our insurance
Human is fully insured under UK and Isle of Man law to deliver services in: fitness instruction, yoga, coaching, and nutritional guidance. We are not covered for activities outside these scopes (e.g., medical diagnostics, counselling).
3.2 – Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
3.3 – International access
Participants joining from outside the UK/IOM do so in accordance with their local laws and assume responsibility for compliance.
4.0 — Community Conduct & Group Safety
4.1 – Respect & kindness are the baseline
Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, and any actions that compromise the safety or wellbeing of others. We reserve the right to remove anyone—without refund—who violates these terms.
4.2 – Confidentiality
What’s shared in the group (calls, forums, retreats) stays in the group. Don’t share others’ stories or screenshots outside the space.
5.0 — Intellectual Property
5.1 – Personal use only
Participants are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the provided materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2 – Don’t copy the method
You may not copy, distribute, or teach our unique frameworks, practices, or content without written permission.
5.3 – Enforcement
Unauthorised use may result in legal action and/or removal from the programme without refund.
6.0 — The Human Blueprint Membership
6.1 – Instant access = no refunds
You get full access from day one. That means we can’t issue refunds on payments that have already been processed.
6.2 – You manage your billing
You’re responsible for cancelling at least 48 hours before your next payment. Email: [email protected].
6.3 – Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content.
6.4 – Annual commitments
If you leave an annual plan early, a 50% fee on the remaining balance will be charged.
6.5 – Pausing access
Memberships can be paused for 1–2 months each year with at least 14 days’ notice.
6.6 – Auto-renewal disclosure
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. You will receive a reminder email 14 days before your next billing date.
7.0 — Classes, Workshops & Retreats
7.1 – Booking & payments
A booking is only confirmed once payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 – Cancellations & refunds
Due to upfront costs (venue, food, team), we cannot offer full refunds on retreats. Transfers may be possible if your spot can be filled. Read event-specific policies carefully.
7.3 – Insurance requirement
You must hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes “cancel for any reason” (CFAR) coverage. We cannot issue refunds for delays, missed flights, or personal disruptions.
7.4 – Activities beyond yoga
Some retreats include additional movement, outdoor or cultural experiences. You join these voluntarily and at your own risk.
7.5 – Emergency contact & disclosures
You agree to share any health issues or allergy information relevant to the retreat. In case of emergency, we will use your provided contact.
7.6 – Force majeure
Human shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
8.0 — Online Content & Platforms
8.1 – Free content = self-discernment
YouTube videos, posts, and newsletters are provided for general education and inspiration. They are not personalised advice.
8.2 – Tech issues & access
You’re responsible for your own devices and connection. We can’t offer refunds for tech issues on your end.
8.3 – Platform changes or outages
Human is not liable for any interruptions in service due to issues with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, Kajabi, or Mighty Networks.
9.0 — Recordings, Testimonials & Media Use
9.1 – Zoom calls
Some calls may be recorded for replay within the community. You’ll be notified in advance. Keep your camera off or use initials if you prefer not to be seen.
9.2 – Testimonials & feedback
We may request to use your wins, messages, or reviews as social proof. We’ll always ask before sharing anything that identifies you.
9.3 – Media during retreats
Photography or filming may occur during in-person events. You will be informed ahead of time and can opt out of being photographed.
10.0 — Final Word
These terms aren’t red tape. They’re a container—clear, strong, and built on trust. You’re choosing to invest in your own growth, and we’re choosing to hold that with care. Thank you for being part of Human.
