Hi, I’m Alec and I have created Human with the simple aim of making people healthy and happy. Human is the collaboration of health, fitness, yoga and awareness to promote a naturally healthy way of life and to develop human performance. We integrate a holistic approach, focussing on the health of our mind, body and spirit. At the heart of Human is our ability to move and coordinate our energy consciously and naturally.
