Tina’s passion for teaching yoga comes from over 30 years of Vinyasa and Yin practice.  She believes that yoga is a personal journey and that each class is about your own practice and what you would like to achieve and she will help you along the road.  Delivering classes which focus on building the unity of body, mind and breath, her aim is to bring happiness, confidence, strength and mindfulness to all who seek it.  With her warmth and compassion and student-focussed attitude, she makes classes accessible for all levels.
