Hi, I’m Amy
I first practiced yoga as a teenager however started to fully explore yoga and appreciate its benefits 8 years ago when yoga brought more peace to my life. My fascination with yoga lead to training as a yoga teacher with Laura Gilmore at Bristol City Yoga in the UK. I have worked as an allied health professional for many years and am particularly interested in yoga for health and anxiety. I am also currently training to be a Sound Therapist with the British Association of Sound Therapy and love to offer Sound baths and 1:1 Sound Therapy Sessions.
