Vin-Yin Yoga combines breathwork, mindful vinyasa flow, deep stretching, self -massage and relaxing meditation to reduce stress and promote self-care.
This slowed paced practice is meditative in nature to calm the mind and nervous system. Props such as yoga straps, blocks and bolsters are often used during class to help to get deeper into poses and hold these positions for longer. Breathwork techniques are frequently used during class to encourage a sense of balance in the body.
Vin-Yin is an inclusive Yoga class suitable for all abilities and skill levels.
