Flex & Flow Yoga
Flex and Flow Yoga combines rhythmic breathing with a series of flowing postures, deep stretches, twists and balances to stimulate physical and mental energy. This fusion-based practice, links breath to movement to build strength and increase flexibility whilst encouraging a deeper mind-body awareness.
Flex and Flow supports the release of physical tension, emotional blocks and facilitates the healing of body, mind and spirit.
This class ranges from gentle to dynamic and is appropriate for all levels.
