Natural Movement & Personal Training

At Human we coach a little differently. We believe in a holistic approach based on the fundamentals of being Human. You were not designed to only move in isolated patterns for 8 – 10 reps, you were designed to move in a multitude of patterns and techniques and at Human we will teach you how to unlock your movement and fitness potential.

Our fundamentals program builds solid foundations of movement, control, balance and focus whilst aligning the body and improving posture. As we progress, we move into our more advanced programs of natural strength and conditioning through a combination of natural movement, animal flow, resistance training, yoga and calisthenics all whilst developing the mind body connection.

Our style Is unique. You will move like you never thought you could, we’ll give you the tools to truly take control of your health and fitness. We combine mind and body allowing you to stablish a deep sense of understanding and connection to how your body moves and what it needs to thrive.
